Tramo@Home is in search of a full-time project coordinator and customer service representative for the company’s South San Francisco Terminal. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating several projects simultaneously. The customer service associate will be responsible for answering phones, speaking with clients to arrange deliveries and assisting with data entry.

We are a transporter and handler of high-end European furniture and accessories. The company’s other services include, but are not limited to, packing/crating, warehousing, distribution, worldwide shipping, white glove deliveries, and assembly/installations. The company caters to the design and hospitality industries.

Skills Required and Key Responsibilities

-Teamwork; Ability to work with team members as it is vital to coordinate all aspects of a project flawlessly resulting in excellent customer service.

-Leadership skills; Ability to manage and orchestrate on site and off site activities related to project installations

-Organizational skills; Maintaining accurate record keeping pertaining to project orders

-Communication skills; Being able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and

team members

-Time Management; Ability to manage time critical projects with deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously

-Customer Service; Inquire about client needs and respond accordingly

-Budgeting; Ability to estimate jobs/projects and bill on timely manner.

*Must possess knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
