Job description

Seekins Precision is on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service Representative. As the face of Seekins Precision, our Customer Service Representative's provide support by answering customer questions, knowledge of Seekins Precision products, understanding the industry as a whole, making recommendations to customers, and completing transactions within billing. If you are a self-motivated driven individual who is looking to join a growing company with individual growth opportunities, assisting others, and taking pride the success of our customers, Seekins is ready for you!

Responsibilities

• Accurately/Efficiently complete sales transactions within our billing system
• Processing payments
• Answering customer questions and concerns with detail, via phone or email
• Build strong customer relationships
• Being an expert with the Seekins Precision products
• Assisting team members in resolving customer questions

Qualifications

• Dependable, detail-oriented, & organized
• Computer skills a must – Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote) QuickBooks
• Phone skills and knowledge of phone operations a must
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude
• Time management skills

Education

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• 8:00AM – 4:30PM Mon-Thursday
• 8:00AM – 3:PM Friday

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
