Position Open: Customer Service Representative. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Location: Portland, OR

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for Industrial Source and National Extinguisher Service, serving as a primary contact for customers while coordinating with field technicians and Account Managers.
  • As a trusted point of contact, provide proactive support and solutions, ensuring smooth sales and service experiences.
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to schedule, remind, and follow up on service appointments for 14 field technicians across 8 Oregon locations.
  • Manage customer interactions across multiple software programs, maintaining accurate records and billing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining grace and integrity.
  • Efficiently schedule, adjust, and resolve service appointment conflicts while accommodating customer needs.
  • Maintain a database of potential customers for ongoing sales and customer service follow-up.
  • Conduct outreach calls to promote and sell additional services, including training and technical walk-throughs.
  • Stay knowledgeable about technician specialties, certifications, and schedules for effective coordination.
  • Assist Account Managers in accurately onboarding new customers.
