Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.

Your Role in Our Mission:

with our clients. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming voice

and helpful guide for our clients, playing a pivotal role in dispatching calls, coordinating

sales leads, and ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for everyone who reaches

out to us.

Your Day-to-Day Journey:

- Collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve collective goals.

- Delivering exceptional customer service, becoming the trusted voice for our clients.

- Skillfully handling client calls and dispatching service requests.

- Seamlessly coordinating schedules for our sales team and maintaining effective

communication.

- Acting as a vital link between our customers and the company, ensuring all needs are

met with a positive attitude.

- Maintaining accurate customer records, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

- Maintain Excel spreadsheets to keep up with certain data this role is responsible for.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales.

- 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably over the phone.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- A talent for organization and attention to detail.

- A passion for conversation and excellent phone etiquette.

- A genuine desire to help and delight others.

- A collaborative spirit, ready to join a team that values unity and support.
