Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
•
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
•
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
•
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
•
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions.
•
Process orders, returns, and refunds in compliance with company and customer policies.
•
Record and update customer information in our system with accuracy and attention to detail.
•
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues or requests.
•
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and resolution rates.
•
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
•
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree is a plus.
•
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
•
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•
Proficiency in using live chat platforms, Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
•
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
•
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
