Residential Customer Service Representative

**THIS POSITION IS ON SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK**

A Typical Day;

A typical day in the life of a Central Carolina Service Representative includes:

  • Converting incoming customer inquiries into booked service appointments
  • Outbound calling when necessary to meet goals
  • Delivering call scripts with authenticity in a clear, compelling and personable way
  • Responding to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the Central Carolina brand
  • Professionally communicating with customers, in all methods of communication, while establishing customer rapport, encouraging repeat business

Skills and Experience:

A Central Carolina Service Representative will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • IT competent, experience with Microsoft Office
