We are seeking to expand our Support Team with the addition of enthusiastic and motivated Client Support Representatives.

As our new Client Support Representative you will be asked to help our clients with their Service Direct account. This includes answering inbound phone calls, closing support tickets, and reviewing account activity.

An ideal candidate is a motivated do-er, a team player, and a hard worker. You will interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. You will also assist in reviewing client account activity, which will help verify the quality of our service offerings.

About You:

  • You have 1-3 years of customer support experience.
  • You are a good communicator, both verbally and written.
  • You are also a good listener (which you know is actually a giant part of communicating).
  • You have knowledge of web and social media.
  • You love diving in to learn new processes.
  • You value well organized tactics and work towards making things easier each successive time.
  • You are a team player that is excited to find creative solutions to problems.
  • You are interested in joining a small team and developing your skills in an organization where you will most definitely have an impact.
  • A college degree is preferred.


  • Support client accounts, by responding to and addressing inquiries on the phone and via email.
  • Work independently and efficiently, maintaining consistent decision making on a wide variety of projects.
  • Maintain a consistently excellent standard of customer service.
  • Collect and share customer feedback and data for product improvement.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Keep organized and detailed notes of interactions with clients and update records frequently.

Job Type: Part Time positions available.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
