PayQuicker LLC, a leader in the global payments industry is seeking bilingual French and English Customer Care Specialists to join our rapidly growing company. As a Customer Support Specialist for PayQuicker you will work directly with our clients and their customers to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound phone calls to customer support
  • Respond to chat requests being initiated by our customers
  • Resolve customer support tickets
  • Interact with several applications simultaneously in an effort to efficient assist our customers
  • Communicate suggestions for program enhancement to Management Team
  • Update and document account records for changes and other required information
  • Complete continuing education regarding company Policies and Procedures
  • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED, some college preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills: both in French and English

Must possess self-motivation and organizational skills

Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

Must have a good working knowledge of computers and application software.

Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required

Previous banking experience is a plus

This an exciting team environment for unique individuals that want to learn and grow with us.

10:00am - 7:00pm

Occasional weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
