Job Summary
The Boys & Girls Club of Henderson County is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy candidate for a full-time, in-person Data & Deliverables Manager position at our Hendersonville facility. The Data & Deliverables Manager ensures that the Boys & Girls Club achieves, records, and reports operational goals to stakeholders. This work involves using CRM platforms to collect, correct, and analyze routine operational data, coordinating internal performance to reach programmatic milestones on-time, developing grant reports to demonstrate compliance with funder requirements, and consistent deadline management. The Data & Deliverables Manager will work closely with the leadership, resource development, finance, and operations teams to make sure that projects are proceeding on-time and in accordance with funder requirements to deliver satisfactory outcomes for the youth we serve.

Duties

• Utilize CRM platforms to ensure facility operations are being properly recorded.
• Monitor performance data to keep funded projects on time and in alignment.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to understand funder requirements and communicate operational outcomes.
• Collect, analyze and manage data trends to assist with strategic Club development.
• Develop formal program reports using recorded data.
• Assist with routine after school facility functions as necessary.
• Work with linked data to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Qualifications

• Professional certification or degree in data science, business operations, or education services.
• CRM experience.
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Database design.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a youth-serving environment.
• Experience in working with non-profit organizations
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, parents, and community partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
