POSITION SUMMARY
The Data & Evaluation Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support program evaluation and the decision-making processes for the agency. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data collection systems, ensuring data quality, and conducting comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for using data to drive program improvements. Additionally this role will operate as the primary application support resource for Customer Relationship Management systems, services and education, to both staff and subcontractors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
Data Collection & Management:
o In collaboration with Program Director, develop and implement data collection strategies and
systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
o Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and security.
o Oversee the extraction, cleaning, and preparation of data for analysis and reporting.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes and procedures used.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
o In collaboration with Program Director, analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform program effectiveness and improvement.
o Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to
stakeholders.
o Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports that summarize data findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Program Evaluation:
o In collaboration with the Program Director, design and implement evaluation frameworks to
measure program outcomes and impact.
o Collaborate with program staff to develop evaluation plans and determine key performance
indicators.
o Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with program managers, staff, and external partners to understand data needs and provide support.
o Present findings and insights to diverse audiences, including senior management, funders, and community partners.
o Lead training related to Customer Relationship Management tools (internal& external) for staff, leadership, as well as subcontracted partners.
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and processes for greater efficiency and
effectiveness.
o Train staff on data collection tools, best practices, and application changes.
o Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in data analysis and evaluation.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to data management and evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field OR equivalent combination of training, education & experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with any CRM or case management tools
- Experience with data visualization tools or statistical software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, R, Stata)
- Experience as an effective trainer
- Ability to distill and translate complex information into a presentation
- Ability to deliver trainings and presentations to both staff and leadership
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 or more years of experience in data management, analysis, and/or program evaluation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of products
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with storing and using cloud databases (such as Microsoft Dataverse)
- Customer service background
- Experience facilitating meetings and/or training sessions
- Experience writing SQL queries and/or scripting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in database management and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
