Data Operations Coordinator (part-time)

Equibase, the official source for Thoroughbred racing information in North America, is hiring for a part-time Data Operations Coordinator in the Operations/Online Services department. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in the Thoroughbred industry.

The schedule for this position includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as most Holidays required. Position is part-time with hours up to 24 hours per week.

Data Operations Coordinator Responsibilities include:

· Phone and email customer service

· Quality control and distribution of data files

· Website promotion and maintenance

· Completion of daily,weekly, monthly reports

· Develop and send email marketing communications

· Other responsibilities as assigned

A qualified applicant will have:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Great attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills

· Knowledge of horse racing industry – Preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
