Daytime Industrial Cleaning

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including food processing facilities, warehouses, and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks, including the use of specialized equipment.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials within the warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to work in heat and closed environments. Most work takes place inside and outside of grain silos.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food processing environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Safety and Osha regulations preferred but not required. Training provided.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures in industrial settings.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
