About us

A premium seafood dining and catering company. We specialize in dishes from the Coastline, such as; Delicious Lobster Rolls, our specialty sandwiches like Crab Sliders, and a Lobster BLT! You can have our delightful dishes delivered right to you. As a family operated and owned company our desire is to expand throughout the Chicagoland area by brick and mortar and mobile Catering. Our current menu has a complexity of dishes that allows our Brand to be unique, with minimal competitors. In addition to being one of few companies providing fresh seafood , we have multiple avenues to distribute our food, such as; Food truck events, delivery and delivery apps, pre-orders, and partnering with catering placement companies.

Coastline is seeking a friendly and helpful food delivery driver to support our customers. As the newest driver, this person will help us feed as many hungry people as possible — growing customer loyalty through pleasant interactions and excellent service. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who has a valid driver’s license and is looking for flexibility in the work schedule.

Objectives of this role

  • Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by delivering food in a timely, cordial manner
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition
  • Communicate any issues or delays and resolve problems efficiently
  • Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating customers with respect


  • Manage multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at the same time
  • Deliver orders within an optimal period of time, ensuring freshness of food and respect for customer preferences
  • Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions
  • Navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS
  • Communicate clearly with customers and food service employees, demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issues or points of confusion
  • Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log

Required skills and qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy food orders and operate a vehicle for prolonged periods of time
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
  • Mindset for organization and attention to details

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Previous delivery or customer service experience in any industry
  • Proven track record of succeeding in time-sensitive situations
  • Experience in handling cash and giving change
  • Familiarity with the local area, including streets, highways, and buildings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $225.00 - $500.00 per week
