Job Summary
Patient/Treatment Coordinator
Pure Dental Spa – Chicago, IL

At Pure Dental Spa, our mission is simple: deliver the most comfortable dental experience in Chicago. We’re looking for a Patient/Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help patients feel cared for from their very first call through their entire treatment journey.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly
Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficiency and convenience
Support doctors and hygienists by keeping patient care seamless
Be a trusted guide for patients every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of dental admin, front office, or dental treatment coordination experience. (Only candidates with dental experience will be considered.)
Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone
Ability to confidently discuss financials and treatment plans
Positive, team-first mindset
