We are a Christian Ministry who welcomes congregations and people of all faiths to join us in our commitment to tackling basic human needs and uplifting the people of Greater Lafayette. At LUM, we are driven by a deep commitment to loving our neighbors, seeking justice, empowering the least among us, and renewing the social ministry of our churches. As a non-profit organization uniting over 46 churches, we serve as a vital social safety net for individuals, children, and families in Lafayette, Indiana. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Fundraising: 5 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Development Planning: 3 years (Preferred)
• Major Philanthropic Gifts: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
