NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED

Valley Vista Care Center of St. Maries is currently seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team!

As a Dietary Aide you will play a valuable role in ensuring the dietary needs of Valley Vista residents are met by assisting with meal preparation, serving, cleaning, stocking and much more!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Required to take the Food Handlers course that is required by state regulations and must successfully pass the test.

Cleans and washes equipment used in meal preparation.

Keeps own work area clean and sanitary after each meal preparation.

Prepares accurate drinks for all residents and all diets.

Prepares juices, supplements, milks, pudding, jello, and thickened liquids for all residents.

Attends to tray line service following sanitation procedures of work area.

Assists cooks as needed.

Attends to special needs required per residents or supervisor requests.

Maintains proper cleaning schedules on a daily basis.

Washes dishes and cleans dish room to sanitary conditions.
