About the role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Media Ad Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms to enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a data-centric approach to campaign management.

Applicants must possess a minimum of two years' experience in pay-per-click advertising, with proficiency in Google Ads. Experience with additional platforms such as Bing, Amazon, other PPC advertising channels, and social ads is highly desirable. Applications lacking the required experience will not be considered.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, display, shopping, and video for our agency’s clients.
  • Assist in setting up tracking codes on websites to capture conversion data and other key performance indicators.
  • Conducting bi-weekly status calls with PPC clients and maintaining professional-client interaction via email to provide updates on KPIs and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate PPC strategies for both full-management and PPC-only clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals.
  • Manage a team of virtual assistants, providing training on processes and overseeing their performance in executing supporting tasks.
  • Develop written standard operating procedures (SOPs) to delegate tasks effectively to virtual assistants, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to leverage insights and maximize account performance, driving continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports, providing key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Establish and maintain regular performance reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Regularly update clients with comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting progress toward goals and areas for optimization.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding of PPC advertising tactics, strategies, logical expressions, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate insightful summary reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with overall management strategy and objectives.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to handle multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
  • Prior experience in an agency setting is advantageous.
  • Exposure to programmatic display advertising is a plus.

  • Google Ads certification (Preferred)
  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns is a plus.

Salary Range:

  • $70,000 - $80,000
