Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Director to lead and oversee our behavioral health programs.

The Behavioral Health Program Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the department, overseeing clinical operations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and managing the budget.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in behavioral health management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving the quality of mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical program oversight for Therapeutic Foster Care, Mobile Crisis, Early Childhood Supports and Services, and other Behavioral Health Programs throughout the agency.
  • Complete and maintain regulatory filings for TFC and Behavioral Health Licenses throughout the agency.
  • Insurance Credentialing
  • Provide backup to Clinical Director's providing services to clients throughout the agency.
  • Provide training and development to clinical and behavioral health program staff members.
  • Implement Targeted Health Promotions throughout the state alongside regional clinical teams.
  • EHR Administration alongside the Quality Assurance Team.

Qualifications

  • LPC or LCSW certification in the state of Louisiana
  • Min 5 years of clinical experience
  • Min 3 years of program management
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health treatment modalities and best practices
  • Knowledge of state and federal behavioral health regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed decisions

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
