Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Education. The Director of Education will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, ensuring the highest quality of instruction and student support. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, a passion for higher education, and the ability to effectively collaborate with faculty, staff, and students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational strategies and initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes
- Provide academic advising and support services to students
- Collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Oversee the assessment and evaluation of educational programs
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others -
- Experience working with diverse student populations - Knowledge of academic program development and assessment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
