Role Description

As a Paid Search Specialist at Par5, you will manage and execute multiple ad campaigns across various industries. You will implement search engine marketing campaigns and analyze the effectiveness of ongoing paid search campaigns with the goal of optimizing our clients' presence on search engines as well as reaching client goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or managing PPC accounts including search network and display network
  • Experience using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster
  • Hustle and determination
  • An analytical brain with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced experience budgeting and optimizing PPC campaigns


  • Collaborate with managers within the strategy team to understand campaign goals, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Provide insightful rationale for clients, aligning with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Oversee strategy reviews for all client campaigns in coordination with the Media and Digital Director.
  • Compile final materials for both traditional and digital campaigns.
  • Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
  • Supervise analytics, monitoring, and reporting activities conducted by team members.
  • Lead educational initiatives for the media team regarding updates on tactics and new platform introductions.
