Mohala Eyewear is looking for a high-energy, sales-focused Growth Manager to scale Mohala’s revenue to the next level. This role is for a proactive, tenacious leader who thrives on closing deals, leading teams, and unlocking new sales channels. What You’ll Do:

Wholesale Expansion (Independent Retailers & Nordstrom)

  • Build & manage a nationwide sales team get into 200+ new retail accounts across the U.S.
  • Motivate & lead a commission-based team to maximize performance.
  • Grow our partnership with Nordstrom—run successful trunk shows, analyze sales data, drive reorders, onboard/train account specialists, and expand into new markets.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Oversee the Events Manager to ensure events are well-executed and hitting sales targets.
  • Research, plan, and run trade shows—from setup to follow-ups that land new accounts.

Sales Hunting & Business Development

  • Seek out, pitch, and close new opportunities with relentless drive.
  • Turn relationships into revenue, leveraging a sharp eye for high-potential partnerships.
  • Execute on the company’s growth vision with determination and results-driven focus.
