Technical Expertise & Consultation

  • Consult with clients to understand technical and operational requirements for cleanroom design and performance.
  • Translate user specifications into compliant, cost-effective cleanroom solutions.
  • Guide clients through selection of cleanroom classifications, materials, HVAC integration, and regulatory considerations (ISO, cGMP, etc.).

Project Coordination & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal/external design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate project scope, cost estimates, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and partners to support execution of cleanroom projects on site.
  • Assist in the development and review of architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.

Territory Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence throughout the Northeast (US).
  • Attend regional trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
  • Maintain CRM database with up-to-date activity, contact details, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in cleanroom systems, modular construction, or controlled environments.
  • Understanding of cleanroom standards (ISO 14644, USP, FDA, GMP, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with A&E firms, facility owners, and general contractors during the design and pre-construction phases.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, envelope, etc.) and construction sequencing.
