We are a rapidly growing digital marketing company specializing in fast and affordable web design, graphic design, SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of our new Partnership and Enterprise Sales Division.

Zoek Marketing has been around since 2015 and is the premier Wix Partner with over 40k projects completed via Wix. After hitting a major milestone of $10m in revenue in 2023, we are projecting explosive growth as we continue to add to our impressive arsenal of partnerships with some of the most well-known brands in the world to help provide Web Design and Digital Marketing services at scale.

This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our business by securing high-value partnerships, fostering lasting relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Position Overview

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key partners across various verticals, including digital agencies, technology platforms, and enterprise-level organizations. This leader will identify, negotiate, and close high-value deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of long-term, strategic partnerships that support the company’s revenue and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple verticals: High Velocity, Agency, and Enterprise.
  • Business Development: Identify, source, and cultivate new partnership opportunities with agencies, B2B organizations, and enterprise-level clients (e.g., tech platforms, CMS providers, SaaS, ISPs, Legal Filing, Large Retailers, etc).
  • Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team, including hiring and training for specialized roles within the department.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive a partnerships model that delivers $300K to $500K in monthly recurring revenue by year-end 2025.
  • Negotiation & Deal-Making: Negotiate and close high-value partnerships, structuring deals to maximize both short-term gains and long-term value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align partnership goals with company objectives and ensure seamless integration of partner relationships.
  • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and regularly track performance across all partnership channels. Ensure teams meet their goals in terms of lead generation, deal closure, and revenue contribution.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative opportunities for new types of partnerships in emerging markets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or technology.
  • B2B And Digital marketing experience and industry connections are a plus
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Track Record: Proven success in building strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth. Experience managing partnerships with enterprise-level clients is a must.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team, with experience managing a full department.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong business development, negotiation, and sales skills with a history of closing high-value deals.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build lasting relationships with partners and position the company as a preferred service provider.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies, set clear goals, and achieve measurable results.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with partners at all levels of seniority.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, web design, paid ads, and graphic design.
  • Willing to Travel and be the “Face of Zoek” at events/podcasts/etc: We have found success by participating in the conference and speaking circuits. As part of networking and getting our name out there you will be expected to regularly attend networking events, conferences, visit/host partners, and present as a speaker at said events and podcasts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. OTE: $250K+
  • Performance Bonus: Regular quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and milestone bonuses.
  • Commission: Additional incentives tied to the success of individual partnerships.
  • Equity: Profit-sharing or stock options based on performance and tenure.
  • Travel and Meal Stipend: Travel all over the US and Canada and host partners in O.C., all paid for by the company.
