Dishwasher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Load, run, and unload dish machine.
- Wash specific items by hand as needed.
- Store clean equipment and utensils.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Assist with kitchen prep work as requested.
- Follow sanitation policies in handling and disposing of kitchen waste.

Skills:
- Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work well within a team.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel, culinary, catering, or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of bussing and banquet service.
