Dishwasher/Food Prep

Berg Brewing Company is seeking a part-time, reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member to assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential to daily operations and includes both dishwashing and basic food preparation responsibilities. As a part-time position, this would be 15-25 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen workspace
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients as directed)
• Take out trash and recycling and maintain waste areas
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist with inventory organization
• Support kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Dependable and punctual with a consistent work ethic
• Willingness to take direction and assist where needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 40 lbs
• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
