Dough Mixer Operator

G&S Foods is a central PA based snack food company operating in Abbottstown, PA. We are a co-manufacturer of sweet and salty snacks from popcorn to chocolate-covered pretzels. Our Mixer Operators are reliable team members responsible for

• Weighing ingredients and following the recipe batches for pretzel baking
• Place measured ingredients in industrial mixer and initiate mixing
• Using utensils, trim dough and place on conveyor belt
• Wash / Sanitize production equipment and utensils
• Monitor dough extruder
• Complete quality testing and paperwork required for the production function

Required Skills:

• Previous food manufacturing and measuring of industrial-size batches required

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use of hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach
• Occasionally lift, carry, and move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

Shift Times:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.20 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
