Full job description
The Director is responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce business including creating, driving, and communicating a customer-centric view of Black Crest’s online experience.
The ideal candidate should be an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website, stay ahead of changes in the online/ digital marketing environment and adjust plan accordingly to best serve the organization’s objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· E-Comm and Paid – Site management and optimization; site performance; organic and SEO; social media, organic and SEO; paid search and SEM; retargeting
· Retail events/Tradeshow planning/ Presence/Expos
· Brand Communications/Creative Design - CRM –Strategy, RFP, testing, implementation; marketing analytics; email; write and support copy for creative’ brand communications; organic social
· Integrated Marketing and Partnerships -Oversee talent that manages Ambassadors/Coach/Brand collaboration and cross promotion
· Production – Collaborate with the Marketing production team or contractors to generate digital assets traditional assets; videos and stills; brand decks, partner pitches
· Manage and track all digital strategy milestones to ensure timelines and budgets are on track
· Accountable for the e-comm and portions of marketing cost center (Budget)
· Directly support the President in digital marketing and brand voice/intent. Support presidential initiatives and vision as Black Crest grows
· Fully responsible for trade show coordination including communication with venues, vendors, booth set up and other logistics
· Oversee relevant invoicing and cost center activity, flagging issues and major expenditures with the President and finance team
· Manage/oversee graphic design for marketing and e-comm initiatives
· Perform any further duties as assigned and supporting the needs of Black Crest and its team
· Bleed Black Crest as part of a cross-functional leadership team in building the most visceral luxury men’s clothing and accessory brand in the industry

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or commensurate experience
· 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with progressive responsibility and proven results
· 3+ years of experience as a manager preferred
· 1-3 years’ experience with Adobe Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
· Big Commerce experience for e-comm preferred
· Brand experience with luxury clothing or accessories is preferred
· Desire and ability to be a champion of the Black Crest culture
· Experience with and understanding of web platforms required
· Exceptional skills in prioritizing, problem-solving, and presenting concepts and ideas to others
· Ability to effectively serve as project manager for events while keeping all details and event components organized
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Work Environment and Experience
· This position works primarily in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment
· Some overnight travel may be expected
