OVERALL, PURPOSE/FUNCTION

The E-commerce Sales Manager is responsible for our e-commerce sales platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart marketplace, and more. This role will be responsible for sales growth, data management, and all other activities associated with growing our e-commerce business across a defined customer base. Other responsibilities will include assisting traditional customers on e-commerce with content development and initiating best practices. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will work with these customers along with sales leaders in both our retail and foodservice sales channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

The E-Commerce Sales Manager will:

- Develop and implement overall e-commerce plan. Execute on comprehensive e- commerce sales plans that align with the company’s goals

- Be responsible for all sales/marketing activities on Amazon, Wayfair, and other e-commerce specific customers.

- Manage online product listings. Oversee the online presentation of products, ensuring that all items are accurately represented appealing showcased.

- Working with the Director of Marketing on needs to optimize e-commerce sales. Inclusive of copy, imagery, and marketing promotions.

- Review and make site recommendations for our items on other customer websites.

- Sales forecasting and analysis. Regularly analyze performance metrics to forecast sales trends and make data-driven decisions.

- Develop best practices in processing e-commerce orders with customer service and operations.

- Analyze e-commerce promotions. Make recommendations on marketing activities to drive sales.

- Manage online catalog for e-commerce customers by continual addition of new items launched.

- Collaborate with product development on new product launches to e-commerce marketplaces.

- Create and deliver detailed reporting and analysis of e-commerce customers.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

3 years + experience with Amazon Vendor Central

Strong understanding of e-commerce sales platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop and execute strategy

Knowledge of SEO

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Project Management

Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time
