E-Commerce/Product Listing Specialist ($12/hr)

What you’ll be doing:
Jender is hiring for an e-Commerce/Product Listing Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas!

Jender is a fast growing, eCommerce/software company that sells new and pre-loved women's fashion, apparel and more!

As a Product Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting products for sale through specific e-Commerce platforms like eBay, Amazon and Shopify. This role will be working directly with our team in sales, customer service, marketing and purchasing.

You will examine product conditions, capture clear product photos and document product descriptions with keyword optimization to maximize e-commerce sales. An ideal candidate will be able quickly and independently in an office setting.

Hours: M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay Rate: $12/hr

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Vietnamese a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly.
• Ability to self-manage
• No formal education or certification required.

Job Description:

• Edit and Upload photos to Amazon, Ebay and Shopify.
• Monitor Product Listings for quality assurance.
• Provide online Customer Support via Email.
• Process and Fulfill Customer Orders
• Follow up with Customers on their Order Status
• Managing In-coming Calls
• You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods and walking around
• Physically able to lift packages up to 50lbs
• Physically able to manually wrap pallets and other shippable goods

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
