Ecommerce Product Lister

John M. Ellsworth Co. Inc. (JME), a leading distributor of fluid handling products based in Milwaukee, is seeking an eCommerce Web Content Associate to join our growing organization!

As our eCommerce Web Content Associate, you will be responsible for the addition, removal, quality, and maintenance of new and existing product information for our website. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Description

• Manage company e-commerce platform (BigCommerce)
• Support business initiatives related to changing product information while maintaining the website’s data integrity and product category hierarchical structure
• Perform content updates such as new product data entry, data analysis, editing, technical content support, competitor comparisons, and other functions related to content issues while ensuring the consistency of product information
• Manage assigned projects to completion, working with different teams to ensure necessary information is provided

Position Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (1-3 years)
• Experience with e-commerce merchandising
• Strong Excel skills, specifically with V-lookup and formulas
• Familiarity with HTML
• Ability to build and maintain relationships internally as well as with JME Suppliers
• Strong attention to detail
• Good agility, flexibility and time management skills to accomplish multiple priorities and initiatives
• Ability to understand technical information and concepts
• Skilled at analyzing data and sorting relevant information
