Seeking an energetic, outcome driven professional for a challenging, yet rewarding education position. This individual will direct the education room at the Club in daily programming with the primary concern for youth development, program and service management, and the facilitation of all education programs. Additionally, this individual will implement, track, and report on several grant related programs.

Required: Bachelor’s degree; supervisory experience; ability to ensure a healthy and safe after school environment; ability to compile regular reports reflecting facility and program attendance and participation; ability to conduct and participate in special events; ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team; exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task; highly organized and proficient with MS Office.

Ability to plan, implement, and track quality educational programs and activities. Knowledge of and the ability to teach language arts and mathematics up to the high school level is required. Must have the ability to supervise, instruct, and train other education personnel. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
