As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Bilingual Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in connecting with potential students, managing social media outreach, and ensuring a seamless communication process between clients and our instructor.

Job Overview

The Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for potential and current students, assisting with inquiries, enrollment, and social media engagement. This role requires a mix of customer service, marketing, and sales skills to successfully promote our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Answer calls and inquiries regarding Colegio de Sueños, acting as the main liaison between clients, potential clients, and instructors.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Design and publish engaging social media posts promoting our classes, manage social media accounts, and grow our online presence.
  • Collaboration & Outreach: Work closely with the Education Specialist and marketing team to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Enrollment & Sales: Confidently pitch and promote our education services to prospective students and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Proficiency in basic office software and typing skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to engage and connect with prospective students.

Preferred:

  • Experience in growing social media presence and engagement.
  • Graphic design experience (Canva preferred).
  • Previous work in customer service, marketing, or sales.
