  • Monitor platform health and coordinate updates, promotions, and product availability.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to assist with promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
  • Guide and support E-Commerce Assistants, offering training and workflow oversight.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned e-commerce platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Communicate with other departments (warehouse, sales, customer support) to ensure alignment and timely resolution of order or listing issues.
  • Prepare basic reports and insights to help identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor, Walmart Marketplace, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience handling returns, order exceptions, and customer escalations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage small projects with moderate supervision.
  • Comfortable providing peer-level training and acting as a liaison with management.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Basic knowledge of online merchandising or marketing coordination.
  • Familiarity with shipping processes and inventory systems.
  • Prior experience leading e-commerce platform audits or cleanups.
