The Opportunity:

As an Entry-Level Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with our experienced engineering team to design, test, and improve mechanical components used in high-tech products. What You'll Do:

  • Design: Create and develop mechanical components using SolidWorks, bringing innovative ideas to life.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside experienced engineers and production teams on exciting projects in medical, defense, and aerospace technologies.
  • Learn by Doing: Gain hands-on experience in developing prototypes, running tests, and refining designs.
  • Problem Solve: Help troubleshoot and solve engineering challenges as we enhance current products and develop new ones.
  • Impact Manufacturing: Learn how to design with manufacturability in mind, ensuring products are efficient and cost-effective to produce.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Skills:

  • Proficiency with SolidWorks.
  • Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) – don’t worry, we’ll help you grow these skills too!
  • Familiarity with materials like steel, aluminum, and plastics is a plus.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with an ERP system, motor controls, or LabVIEW, but not required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Great communication skills—you’ll be working closely with both the design and production teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
