Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and provide preventative maintenance on equipment utilizing factory training, service manuals, computerized and hand tools in person or virtual depending on need.
- Provide excellent customer experience by interacting with customer and giving guidance on proper use of equipment.
- Complete all service calls and warranty documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain company issued tools and resources in organized, safe and working order.
- Maintain required parts inventory by ordering replacement parts as necessary and conducting inventories as required.
- Administrative tasks as related to equipment and customer service.
- Contribute to the success of diaago by growing the technical services department.
Qualifications
- Technical associates degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A valid driver's license.
- local daily travel required as well as occasional overnight travel.
- Able to follow directions and processes to ensure quality service for our customers
- Comfortable using laptop and smartphones and related software and programs
- Able to read, write and comprehend instructions & memos in English
- Successful pre-employment screening process
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk and crawl occasionally
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel and dexterity to bend/twist neck and waist, frequently
- Ability to use hands repetitively and power/simple grasp constantly
- Ability for fine manipulation of hands as well as pushing, pulling and reaching above and below shoulder level constantly
- Physical ability to lift, pull and push products up to 50 pounds frequently
- Physical ability to lift, pull and push products that weigh in excess of 100+ pounds occasionally
- Ability to carry items up to 6 feet occasionally
