Estimator

Note: Applicants who are not able to live and travel throughout Santa Clara County will not be considered for this role.

Job Requirements:

- Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates

- Strong understanding of residential construction processes

- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience

- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

- Impeccable problem-solving skills

- You're positive, enthusiastic, energetic and a team player

- You welcome an occasional challenge and enjoy being a problem solver

- You're self-motivated and enjoy the freedom of a flexible work environment

- You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the significance of quality and service

- Project management experience a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

- Review, evaluate and prepare cost estimates

- Communicate with trader partners and team members regarding new and current projects

- Prepare estimates and purchase orders

- Ensure timely completion of estimates

- Understand scope of work to bid

- Manage bid pricing from all vendors

- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
