ART FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT INTERN

FULL TIME PAID AND COLLEGE CREDIT INTERNSHIP

Amdur Productions, a leader in the field of event production, is seeking an Art Festival Operations Intern to join our team in the Chicago area. All festivals are outdoor experiences and include art, food, and live music. Intern will participate in event pre-production and planning, on-site event management. Intern will be involved with third party vendor management, event setup and tear down, and work under the direction of both office and field senior staff. Amdur Productions is a team-driven company producing 26 events annually in the greater Chicago and Milwaukee area.

Office responsibilities include assisting with:

Food and equipment vendor management

Event communications to local entities

Creating festival equipment orders and maps

Organizing festival photos and sharing with local vendors

Website updates

Event email and phone messages

General social media management, when needed

Event responsibilities include assisting with:

Event site prep before load in

Coordination of festival vendors and equipment

Participation in set up of special feature areas
