The Executive Assistant/IT Liaison is a key part of the STF administrative team, managing all office functions while primarily supporting the CEO. This role provides support to the organization administrative team, in addition, this position serves as the IT liaison for all staff throughout the STF/ARM agencies, trouble-shooting issues as they arise and ensuring all staff are equipped with the appropriate equipment needed to perform their jobs with support from the IT company.


  • Coordinate the schedule and Outlook calendar for the CEO.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s email, correspondence, visitors, and telephone calls, determine priorities, draft responses and refer appropriately.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials relating to organizational activities for review and approval.
  • Coordinate scheduling and arrangement for Board, Board Committee and Staff meetings and activities.
  • Prepare and submit all required reports and monitoring activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as the dual agencies’ (STF & ARM) internal IT liaison with contracted IT company.
  • Ensure that staff IT needs are met.
  • Track life cycles of IT equipment and facilitate updated installations of IT hardware and software.
  • Adhere to all behavioral General Competencies provide in the handbook.
  • Adhere to STF and ARM policies and procedures.


  • Experience in a C-Suite support position required.
  • Experience in a non-profit or public sector setting preferred.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence, treat everyone with dignity, celebrate the diversity of our community, and be inclusive of all people in our community.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Extremely proficient verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Advanced typing and data entry with a high attention to detail, required.
  • Ability to Note/Minute take for Board and leadership meetings with high accuracy, required.
  • Be able to proficiently speak, read and write the English language.
  • Demonstrated experience in serving as IT liaison.
  • Position requires frequent driving to various job sites to provide services a valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and clean driving record are required.
  • 21 years of age or older for liability insurance requirements.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Eligible to work in the United States of America.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
