Sacred Heart Community Clinic is a small business in Round Rock, TX. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to The Sacred Heart Community Clinic (SHCC) provides outpatient health services to the medically underserved residents of the Williamson County area. Approximately 21% of the Williamson and Travis County population is uninsured as evidenced by local hospitals experiencing a continuing increase in emergency room visits for non-life threatening medical care. SHCC will provide a family medical and dental home for many of these people living in Williamson County. Everyone who qualifies to come to SHCC has access to integrated services that address a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Access to these services is the key to fostering long-term health for working-poor families, while providing numerous benefits for the community..

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving organizational success.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's operations

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals

- Oversee project management, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives

- Drive business development efforts to expand the organization's reach and impact

- Provide senior leadership and guidance to staff members

- Engage in strategic planning to ensure long-term sustainability and growth

- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or in a similar capacity

- Strong background in project management, operations management, and business development

- Demonstrated success in senior leadership positions, with a focus on strategic planning and process improvement

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build successful partnerships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
