Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Assistant
Location: The Country Club of Little Rock
Schedule: Flexible, including weekends and holidays
Job Description:
The Country Club of Little Rock is looking for a dedicated and reliable Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will ensure that the club’s facilities remain in pristine condition, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance: Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other facility-related tasks.
- Cleaning and Upkeep: Ensure all areas of the club, including restrooms, lounges, and outdoor spaces, are clean and well-maintained.
- Safety: Monitor and maintain a safe environment, identifying potential hazards and addressing them proactively.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of facilities during club events, ensuring all spaces are prepared and operational.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance tools, and equipment.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and other staff members to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager, taking a hands-on approach to facility care.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience (1 year or more) is required.
- Plumbing or electrical certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Rotating weekends and holiday availability required.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
