At MC Surfaces, Inc, we provide custom flooring, countertops and cabinets to the Texas Home Building Industry. We are looking for a full-time Field Manager who will report directly to the Division Manager based in our Dallas, TX office.

This position requires someone who can manage all aspects of flooring, and granite installation projects to ensure project timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction.

  • Act as key point of contact with builder superintendents, interfacing through builder website, email, phone, and in person.
  • Track all jobsite milestone dates in scheduling software.
  • Ensure completion of installation jobs according to builder install schedule.
  • Ensure layout, materials, budget, and quantity accuracy.
  • Work with the production coordinator to ensure accurate delivery dates of materials (material request dates).
  • Collaborate with trade partners throughout installation to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure job sites adhere to safety standards
  • Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities (eg. vendor contracts, work orders, job progress, layout).
  • Complete job orientation with Production Coordinator.
  • Perform pre- and post-installation inspections.
  • Perform accurate field measurements.
  • Act as a courier for miscellaneous job-related materials.
  • Accompany non-employee (subcontractor) technicians on occupied warranty jobs.
  • Assist with customer service tickets.
  • Authorize installer payment for work completed.
  • Read blueprints, write and communicate effectively, make correct decisions, and delegate work effectively.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Prior experience using common software programs. i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel.


  • Bilingual in both English & Spanish. Spanish Preferred.
  • This role would require the ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb.
  • Fundamental mathematical comprehension required. Ability to multi-task is required.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle available for company use required.
  • Travel required: daily travel required.
