Ivanov Developments is currently looking for a Financial Administrator to manage the day-to-day process of multiple LLC companies. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy in recording and reporting the financial aspects of each entity, preparing reports, and providing the data to the owner, optimizing processes, and implementing effective financial strategies.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury & Cash Management

  • Oversee cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Manage banking relationships and debt financing.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Present financial reports to the executive team.

Financial Compliance and Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Coordinate and oversee external audits.

Financial Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bank draws, journal entries, reporting, reconciliation, and people management.
  • Optimize financial processes and systems for efficiency.

Audit Compliance:

  • Preparing financial statements, meeting with auditors, etc.
  • Knowledge required: Understanding of each LLC, financial status, and major events.
  • Program knowledge: Excel, Vista QuickBooks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • High level of trust and strict confidentiality.
  • Commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • On-call availability for email surveillance.
  • Professional and effective communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of accounting, financial statements, and GAAP applications.
  • Knowledge of property management, HUD lending/financing and large portfolio management is a plus.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, VISTA, Excel, BUILT.
  • Must be able to work Independently with confidence.
  • Able to Lead & offer support to others.
  • Must be able to perform Year End close and provide Reconciled.
  • Year End Statements with Workpapers and Schedules to the CPA.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the described roles and responsibilities a must.
