You are a confident, independent, strategic financial leader responsible for controlling the accounting operations of a dynamic property management group and investment company. You streamline and maintain financial data for fun. You are coordinating multiple bank accounts and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. You have a sharp eye for detail and a natural inclination toward deductive thinking; you thrive in an environment that demands methodical decision-making and strategic financial analysis.

THIS IS AN IN PERSON JOB, NOT REMOTE

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the financial integrity of the portfolio
• Develop and deliver financial reporting
• Lead the quarterly and monthly finance meeting cadence
• Manage and deliver month-end close process
• Develop and maintain policy and procedure
• Ensure regulations, guidelines, and compliance
• Ohio, Texas, and Utah company footprint

Annual Compensation:

• Base Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: Medical, Life, 401K, 10 Days + Major Holidays
• Location: Columbus, Oh
• IN PERSON

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Guru-like accounting skills
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting leadership experience
