**Financial Master Needed to Control a Property Management Company: Controller**
The Controller is a genius of financial oversight, policy compliance, and organizational precision. You will streamline and control the financial data for multiple bank accounts and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural inclination toward analytical thinking, you thrive in an environment that demands methodical decision-making and strategic financial analysis. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our property portfolio.
If you are looking to lead the financial controls of a stable, high-performing portfolio, this is the opportunity for you. You will manage the financial health of our property management company, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently from a fiscal standpoint.
You are patient, tech-savvy, and systems-oriented, with a passion for integrating cutting-edge financial software and technology to optimize processes. You are driven by the need to improve efficiency, simplify reporting, and bring clarity to financial operations.
This is a large, long-term, and stabilized portfolio that operates efficiently but requires your expertise to maintain financial accuracy and profitability. You will have direct access to ownership and a high level of autonomy in decision-making, allowing you to influence the financial culture and shape the portfolio's future.
Working closely with a fully staffed accounting team and property managers, you will ensure financial goals are aligned across all departments. Your responsibilities include budget preparation, financial monitoring, and variance reporting, all while maintaining strict adherence to Peak 10’s financial policies and procedures. Timely corrective actions will be your responsibility when discrepancies arise.
You will oversee the portfolio’s financial performance, taking charge of all aspects of financial planning and analysis. This includes preparing comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure revenue targets are met and expenses are kept under control.
In addition, you will manage internal audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and stay abreast of the latest regulations, including OSHA, Fair Housing, and Peak 10 safety guidelines. Your ultimate goal is to maintain and enhance the portfolio’s financial stability, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
