Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Modeling Analyst with expertise in multi-site modeling to join our team. In this role, you will create, refine, and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights across diverse locations.

Your contributions will play a vital role in evaluating opportunities, optimizing performance, and driving the financial success of our multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Financial Models: Create, modify, and optimize financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Scenario Planning: Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various business decisions, market changes, and strategic options.
  • Investment Analysis: Assist with valuation and financial analysis for potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital projects.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate financial performance and projections to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to gather assumptions, inputs, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve financial modeling practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Modeling Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with multi-site modeling and related challenges.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and financial modeling platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
