What You Will Own

As Studio Manager, you are accountable for:

  • Membership sales & revenue growth
  • Lead conversion performance
  • Retention and member experience
  • Local partnerships and community visibility
  • Team performance and culture

You are the face of SWEAT440 Prestonwood in the community.

Key Performance Expectations

This is a KPI-driven role. You will be measured on:

  • Monthly net membership growth
  • Lead-to-close conversion rate
  • Show rate for intro sessions
  • Member retention metrics
  • Revenue performance against targets

You should be comfortable tracking numbers daily and adjusting strategy accordingly.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Leadership

  • Personally engage prospects and close memberships.
  • Confidently communicate value and overcome objections.
  • Build grassroots marketing initiatives and local partnerships.
  • Execute community outreach strategies to drive traffic and leads.
  • Proactively follow up on leads through CRM and direct outreach

Community & Brand Representation

  • Represent SWEAT440 at local events and networking opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with nearby businesses and influencers.
  • Host in-studio events to drive referrals and retention.

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Uphold brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Hire, coach, and develop team members.
  • Lead performance-focused team meetings.
  • Ensure a premium, high-energy member experience.

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service ethic; passion for member satisfaction and safety.
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
  • Fitness certification from a nationally accredited organization (or willingness to obtain within 3 months), or a B.A. in Exercise Science or a related field.
  • Acceptable certs: Personal Training, Group Fitness, Small Group Fitness, etc.
