Full job description

We are seeking a Floor Manager / Key Turner to manage and direct the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, be reliable and communicate well with staff. The Floor Manager / Key Turner will work closely with our team of management professionals to ensure that the team is exceeding expectations, and that our customers are receiving friendly, efficient and professional service.

Responsibilities:

Interpret management directives and assist in their implementation.
Maintain a high level of customer service in the store.
Assist in management duties such as scheduling staff, ordering stock, and supervising inventory management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the store manager or district manager.
Train, coach and maximize success of all associates.
Maintain store appearance, displays and merchandising.
Responsible for closing the store (no later than 7:30pm).
Set schedule. Work the same hours every week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday - 11am-7:30. Sunday - 9:45-6:30pm.
Thursday and Friday - OFF
Get paid every Friday
