Our scope of equipment servicing encompasses a wide array of 'cold' and 'hot' side cooking equipment, including soft serve ice cream machines, shakes, frozen yogurt, grills, speed ovens, conveyor ovens, custard machines, frozen dessert machines, frozen beverage machines, and much more.

As a Service Technician for McCormack Distributing, your main focus is on delivering top-notch customer service while repairing and maintaining essential food service equipment. Equipped with cutting-edge resources and technology, you'll promptly respond to customer calls, troubleshoot issues via phone or video support, and handle the delivery, installation, and maintenance of various food service machines. You'll manage electronic service requests, execute preventative maintenance, and ensure efficient communication with customers, all while embodying a team-oriented and customer-centric approach.
