We are a craft brewery in Anaheim, CA, looking for line cooks to join our new Food Trailer Kitchen team.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Food preparation pre-shift
• Stocking the trailer for service
• Full knowledge menu items and preparation steps
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Prepare menu items in line with preparation SOPs
• Acting as a team player to ensure we are providing delicious food in a quick and timely manner
• Able to mutitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Wash dishes after service and reset for the next day of service
• Organize prep and inventory post-shift

Required Skills:

• Strong kitchen knowledge.
• 1+ years experience as a line cook
• Professional, warm and welcoming personal presentation.
• A positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit for extended periods of time; walk; kneel/crouch; smell; taste; lift 55+ pounds; maneuver 160+ pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
