Full job description

Maine Custom Woodlands, a Southern Maine Timber Harvesting company, is seeking to fill a forest equipment operator position. Our job sites are generally within a 35 mile radius of Durham, ME, but we will work up to 60 miles away. We have an immediate opening for full-time, year-round employment.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in the forest industry required
-Knowledge of tree species and forest products
-Mechanically-inclined with the ability to maintain equipment independently
-Valid drivers license with a reasonably clean driving record
-Candidates must be a team player with strong communication skills
-Candidates must be a self-starter, safety-minded, punctual, and production-oriented
